British National Racketball Championships 2024

Shuv Garland and Jonny Newton travelled to Birmingham last weekend for the British National Racketball Championships.

Jon competed in the O35's category and got through to the semi-final, but was then knocked out by Jason Pike, who lost in the final 2-3 in an epic 74 minute match!

Shuv played in the O60's category (for the first time) and got through to the final against her nemesis Lesley Sturgess, but was runner-up.

The tournament is very well run by UK Racketball, and just watching top players use different shots and strategy that clearly separates racketball from squash, takes racketball to a different level.
