Team Squash – 2026 Spring Season Heading to a Climax
The 2025/26 spring squash season has now passed the halfway mark, and Falmouth’s five teams are all battling hard for their league positions.
In Division 1, Falmouth 1 have faced some very strong opposition and have been a little unlucky with results. Despite not yet registering a victory, several strong individual performances have helped the team accumulate enough points to stay above the bottom of the table.
In Division 2, Falmouth 2 have experienced a mixed run of results, with some excellent wins alongside a few tougher losses. Falmouth 3 have struggled with injuries but have battled well to remain clear of the bottom spot.
In Division 3, which is currently dominated by a very strong Truro 4 side, Falmouth 4 have produced some good results and are pushing hard for the runners-up position. Falmouth 5 have also had their share of injuries, but this has provided several new players with the opportunity to experience team squash for the first time.
There are a few home matches this week:
Monday (tonight): Falmouth 1 vs Newquay 1 Wednesday: Falmouth 3 vs Newquay 3 Thursday: Falmouth 4 vs Truro 4
Please come along and support the teams if you can.
