Tennis courts 3 & 4 refurbishment

Dear[[firstname]]

This email is to confirm that the refurbishment of Tennis Courts 3 & 4 will begin on Monday 3 August 2026.

The work is expected to take approximately 6-7 weeks, depending on the weather. To keep everyone informed, Alan Thomas will send a progress update every Friday while the project is underway.

During this period, only Courts 1 & 2 will be available for members to book.

To access the courts, please use the gate adjacent to Court 1. A mat will be provided outside the gate for you to wipe the soles of your shoes before entering the court area. The gate will be secured with a combination lock to protect the refurbishment works. Once you have finished playing, if no one else is using the courts, please ensure the gate is locked behind you.

The combination code will be circulated during the week before the work begins.

We apologise for any inconvenience while these essential improvements are carried out. Once completed, all four courts will provide a much-improved playing surface with significantly better drainage, allowing for more reliable play throughout the year.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.

Kind regards,
FSC Committee
